Cancel Policy

In case you cancel the cofirmed reservation, Cancellation Charge is charged on you according to the below Cancel Policy.

Cancel Date ＆ Charge per 1 pax (NOT 1 car)
■Date counted from 1 day before the pick up date 11days before the pick up date Free 10 days before the pick up date 20% of the total fee 7days before the pick up date 30% of the total fee
1day before the pick up date 50% of the total fee
On the day of pick up but before the starting time 100% of the total fee
After the starting time of the day or No Show 100% of the total fee

IMPORTANT NOTICE

**For the lift ticket, please tell to Staff name of the reservation at each ticket office and receive the ticket.
The lift ticket is valid for 6 hours from the first lift stamp.
**Taxi Drop off/Pick Up Stop is located just in front of Olympia Center(NOT in Highland Zone)
In case you hope to have transportation to Highland Zone, Extra charge is required in addition.
**Expressway toll is NOT included.
In case you hope to use Expressway, you should pay Expressway toll on spot.
**Reserved Taxi comes to pick you up in Hotel/Apartment within Sapporo Center Area at the time you set in advance,however ONLY 1 location can be set per 1 reservation.(Pick up group members respectively can NOT be offered)
**Different car/driver might come outbound and inbound within 1 reservation.
**Drop off location should be the same as the pick up location.
(ONLY direct transportation can be offered. Any drop-in during the transportation can NOT be accepted.)
**Child in the price list means child under 12 years old.
Infant(no seat/no Lift Voucher) is free of charge.
**Only with Japanese speaking driver, with NO attendant.
**All the tours we offer includes tax.
**Any of meal, drink, activity not mentioned above should be paid by yourself.
**This tour should be cancelled in case Ski Resort closes due to weather, road conditions.
In this case, the paid fee is refunded.
**In case Ski Resort is closed due to weather conditions after the pick up time, only Ski Lift fee can be refunded but Taxi fee is NOT refunded.
